Yūko Kobayashi (小林 優子 Kobayashi Yūko, born February 6, 1961 in Tokyo) is the Japanese voice actress of Gary Oak or in the Japanese version of Pokémon.
She is also the voice of Maron in “Dragon Ball Z” and has done the Japanese dubbing for Helga in “Hey Arnold!: the Movie”.
