Wynaut (Japanese: ソーナノ Sohnano) is a Psychic-type Pokémon introduced in Generation III that is the pre-evolutionary form of Wobbuffet. Wynaut has the Pokédex number 360. Wynaut is one of the few Pokémon that cannot learn a move that deals physical damage.

Wynaut is small and is mainly blue in color, it also has a black tail that was an eye on it. Wynaut evolves to Wobbuffet. Many people consider it to be cute. It looks like it's wearing a skirt and it has small circle shaped feet. It's ears are large and are so long they can touch the ground. It doesn't have any teeth when it smiles.

Wynaut's name clearly comes from the words "Why not". This is likely due to its fun-loving nature.
Trivia Edit
- It is one of few Pokémon to only learn counter attacking moves such as Counter and Mirror Coat.
- It is the only Pokémon found on Hoenn's Mirage Island.
- Wynaut appeared in Season 4 of the Pokémon anime before its introduction in the games. It shares this trait with Kecleon.
