A Worker is a Trainer Class introduced, in Generation III. They are young men wearing mining equipment and wearing hard hats. The Land Workers use Rock, Ground, Fighting and Steel-type Pokémon. They are found in mines, mining sites and near buildings. In Generation V, a new type of Worker was introduced: an ice worker. They are found at the Cold Storage. The Ice Workers use Fighting and Ice-type, Pokémon.

• Four Workers helped Clay arrest the Plasma Grunts and Zinzolin, one of the 7 Plasma Sages, who were hiding in the Freezing Containers.And are somewhat the most helpful workers in the Pokemon game series.
