Wings Alexander is a character appearing in Pokémon: Master Quest.

Biography

As a young man Wings and his Hoothoot were a great duo, fighting many trainers and Pokémon. However, as ages passed, his Hoothoot evolved into Noctowl, but both were too old to battle, so Alexander was transporting people to Olivine City and back.
