Wilhelmina is a character appearing in Pokémon: The Johto Journeys.
Biography
Wilhelmina was a maiden that lost her Marill and accused Ash and Brock for stealing it. Learning that it got lost with Misty, they went to search for it, while Brock was promising her they would find Marill. In the end, Wilhelmina found Marill, who was strengthened by Misty's convictions and waved goodbye to Brock, who was sad his love had to go.
