Whismur (Japanese: ゴニョニョ Gonyonyo) is a Normal-type Pokémon introduced in Generation III. Usually, its cries are like quiet murmurs (as its name suggests- 'Whis' from Whisper), but, if frightened, it shrieks at the same volume as a jet plane.
Evolution
Whismur evolves into Loudred and gains the special ability, Soundproof. Whismur evolves into Loudred once it reaches level 20.
