This Milotic is a Water-type Pokémon owned by Wallace.

Biography

When the heroes encountered Wallace, they found his Milotic singing, showing off a performance. It later displayed another performance: it used Safeguard, followed by Aqua Ring, then pushed the water away with Dragon Pulse. Flying around everyone, it used Twister to display an amazing sight.[1] At the opening of Wallace Cup, Milotic created waves on the stage for Wallace's dramatic entrance.[2]

The heroes later encountered Lila, who had a poster of Wallace and Milotic in her shop: she designed the former's costume for the Wallace Cup.[3]
