Becoming a volunteer is quite easy. You must show that you have dedication to the wiki. If you edit consistently, you're more likely to be able to become a volunteer. There are five slots for volunteers of the walkthrough, excluding the general volunteers and image department. Additionally, there are a few requirements:
- Dedication
- Minimum of 250 edits
- No block log
- At least a month on the wiki
You do not need to have a certain right to be a volunteer, although if you have additional rights you may be asked to help, not having rights will not impact you becoming a volunteer.
There are only five slots open for each walkthrough, excluding the general volunteers and image department.
- What's a general volunteer and how do you become one?
- A general volunteer is a member of the Walkthrough Project who has helped out consistently on the wiki and has proven to be dedicated to the Walkthrough Projects.
- Are there any open slots for general volunteers?
- Yes, there are four open slots:
- Categorization
- Linking
- Grammar and spelling
- Cleanup
General Volunteers are not chosen because of their rights or time on the wiki, they are chosen by the amount of editing they do in that section.
