Wailmer Pail (ホエルコじょうろ Whalko Watering Can) is a Key Item in Pokémon Ruby, Sapphire and Emerald versions shaped in the likeness of a Wailmer. Exclusive to Generation III games, the Wailmer Pail is used to water Berries planted in the ground in order to produce more berries.

FRLG - A nifty watering pail. Use it to promote strong growth in Berries planted in soft soil.

R/S/E: Route 104 (Given to the Trainer as a gift from the Flower Shop owner)

Trivia

In the Pokémon Diamond, Pearl and Platinum games, the Wailmer Pail is replaced by an item known as the Sprayduck, shaped in the likeness of a Psyduck.
- Ironically, the Wailmer Pail had replaced the Squirtbottle.
