Voltorb ("Volt" (eletricity) + "Orb" (ball) ) is an Electric Pokémon that has the ability "Soundproof". It can be found in all games execpt Diamond and Pearl. It can also be found near the Power Plant in Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire and also Pokémon Emerald.
