Volkner's Electivire was a pokemon Volkner used during his battle against Ash.
Biography
Volkner's Electivire was shown to be a powerful Pokemon easily beating Ash's Torterra using the moves Ice Punch and Fire Punch, but Ash's Pikachu won by using it's Static, despite the fact that Electivire's Motor Drive had been activated by Pikachu's Electric attacks.
