Vladimir is a character in the Pokemon anime series who first appeared in Pokéblock, Stock and Berry. He helped Ash and his Swellow and tought them how to do Arial Ace.

		Vladimir's Pidgeotto was used in his example to show Ash and his Swellow how to use Aerial Ace correctly. Pidgeotto's only known move is Aerial Ace.
