It has a hump on the upper body and it's lower body has segments. Venipede has four pairs of black legs and two tails.

Venipede evolves into Whirlipede at level 22, and then into Scolipede at level 30.

  • While it's similar to Weedle and Wurmple in nature, it doesn't evolve as fast as either of them, evolving at level 22 rather than level 7.
  • Its name comes from the words venom, meaning poison, and centipede, meaning 100-legged insect.
