I do have the guide to the games, if you mean cobalion, you should use a pokemon that can use fighting moves. Which starter did you choose? If you chose Emboar, it can withstand several blows from cobalion's attacks, I taught mine to use Arm Thrust, it may take a few tries, but I captured mine using Arm thrust and Grassknot. Make sure not to use dark moves because its ability activates, increasing its attack. If that does not help, leave me another message. Crimsonnavy (Talk·Contributions) 18:23, March 18, 2011 (UTC)
Don't worry, calm down, save and don't play it until you've got a decent answer. I'm going to do some reasearch and I'll get back to you a.s.a.p. I can give you your team stats, hopefully some links to guides and maybe some videos. 16:09, May 3, 2011 (UTC)
The following links should help, I've got a Walkthrough of the Unova Elite Four and a Team Builder which shows your teams weaknesses and resistances (scroll through the Pokedex to find your Pokemon - the correct spellings are Serperior, Gurdurr, Cobalion, Virizion, Simipour and Darmanitan)
That's all I know, sorry... I'm the Anime Person for this wiki so considering I'm not a game person I'm amazing you beat the dark guy - you need to read the walkthrough thoroughly cuz it gives you tips e.g. Don't heal your Pokemon after you beat the Elite Four cuz it would heal automatically.
