Hey, my name is Emily.

Okay, so that isn't my real name... But it is the name of my Pokemon persona, who has taken the form of one of the most common female trainer types; the Lass. Now, you may think we Lasses are all about Pokemon that are cute and cuddly, that we're not much of a challenge and we're just stepping stones to making your Pokemon stronger, really.

But that's where you're wrong!

Just because I'm a Lass, doesn't mean you should underestimate me. I may be a girl, I may be new here and I may like cute, cuddly Pokemon, but you shouldn't underestimate me! I'm a sucker for presentation, good grammar and fine spelling and I'm happy to go out of my way to make sure an article here at The Pokemon Wiki is as informative and as pretty as possible.

Don't worry though. Just because I come off as a stubborn and tough little lady doesn't mean I'll bite. So just say 'Hi' and ask me a question once in a while.
