Route 8 is a marsh area in northwest Unova, with the Moor of Icirrus accessible through a gap between the trees. It links Icirrus City to Tubeline Bridge. However, you won't be able to cross the bridge before gaining the Icicle Badge and defeating Team Plasma at Relic Castle.

A Parasol Lady near the end of the route gives you a rock which increases the duration of a weather-changing moves. There are four different kinds she'll give away, depending on the time of day.
