Route 13 is a route leading south to Undella Town, north to the Giant Chasm, and northwest to Lacunosa Town. This route contains a fair amount of items, along with items along the beach that require the Dowsing Machine. This route has strong trainers to battle.

A move tutor can be found here and will teach each final starter with a high happiness the three powerful moves for Grass, Water and Fire: Frenzy Plant, Hydro Cannon, and Blast Burn respectively.

Along the lines, there is a trainer whom is trying to help a Wingull by finding all Gram mails. Once talked to, the small event has activated.

• Gram 1 can be found by speaking to the old man near the trainer and the Wingull.
• Gram 2 can be found just south (on the cliffs) as a Poké Ball
• Gram 3 can be found by speaking to a parasol lady.
