One of Ash's friends who lives in Mauville City. Surprisingly he has a Meowth that can use Thunderbolt. His Meowth also wears a hat and a pair of boots, meaning it could be based on the character Puss in Boots. He also has a Donphan, Metagross, Sceptile, Shiftry, and a Hariyama.
