The easiest way for a trainer to get a certain evolution of Tyrogue is to use vitamins, specifically [[Protein]] and [[Iron]], to raise either the Attack or Defense stat and receive the desired Pokémon. Tyrogue was first introduced in the [[Pokémon Gold and Silver]] versions and is a Fighting type Pokémon. In HeartGold And SoulSilver, There is a Karate King in Mount Mortar that gives you a Tyrogue after winning at Ecruteak City and after beating him in a battle. |
