This Cloyster is a water/ice-type Pokémon owned by Tyra.

Biography

Tyra sent Cloyster in a match against Misty. Misty went to send Starmie, but Psyduck came out. Misty ordered Psyduck to attack using the attacks it knew, but Psyduck goofed off, so Cloyster closed its shell on Psyduck's tail, causing it damage. The match was closed, as Officer Jenny and the police arrived.
