Tuttle is a plumber who made his debut in Gotta Catch A Roggenrola!.

BiographyEdit

Tuttle first appeared in BW037, to fix some water pipes in a Pokémon Center nearby. When Ash and co. appeared they investigated with him for any Roggenrola in the nearest cave which includes also a spring. Later, they discovered that Team Rocket created a rock slide in the cave. When all the Roggenrola were finally saved he returned back to the Pokémon Center and the problems that appeared.
