The Trainer Tower is a location in the Sevii Islands in Pokémon FireRed and LeafGreen where trainers challenge the player in a building where, after each battle, the player proceeds to the next floor. Each trainer has 2 Pokémon above Level 61.

There are three different battle types. They are single, double, and multi. At the top of the tower, there is a man who will reward you with either the king's rock, the metal coat, or up-grade.

There also are 2 trainers with a Shiny Pokémon each.One has a shiny Espeon and the other has a shiny Meowth .
