Unova Map Anime — The Unova Town Map in the anime.

Town Map is a key item that is available for use to see the map of the region (which depends on the game). Town maps can also be found in Pokémon Centers in Generations III and IV.

How to get

Kanto: After obtaining the Pokédex, talk to Daisy and she will give you a town map.
Johto: Replaced by the Map Card on the PokéGear.
Hoenn: Comes with PokéNav.
Sinnoh: After delivering the Parcel to your rival in the Trainer's School in Jubilife City, he gives the player a town map.
Unova: After obtaining the Pokédex, your mother gives it to the player.
Kalos: Vaniville Town
