Palmer (Japanese: タワータイクーン クロツグ Tower Tycoon Kurotsugu) is the leader of the Battle Tower in Pokémon Diamond and Pearl and Frontier Brain in Pokémon Platinum. His known as the Tower Tycoon. He is one of the most challenging Frontier Brains out of the 5 that you can battle in Platinum. He is also the father of your rival in Pokémon Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum.
His appearance consists of a green coat (teal in VS sprite), a white shirt, brown pants with a belt, and black gloves.
