The Touga Berry is a Japanese-only eReader Berry from Generation III. If transferred to Generation IV it will turn into an Enigma Berry. The card for this berry was only distributed in Japan, and as such the berry has no official English name. It's named from the word Tougarashi, the name for chili peppers.
