This Nidorino, nicknamed Tony, is a Poison-type Pokémon owned by Ralph.
Biography
Tony is in love with Emily's Maria while they were both a male and female Nidoran. However, the intense rivalry between Emily and Tony caused to part the Nidoran. Misty decided to handle the problem and forced Emily and Tony to meet each other, but this still caused trouble. When Team Rocket took the Nidoran, Misty scolds them for fighting each other which leads their Nidoran had been stolen by them as Emily and Ralph decided to work together. Both of their Nidoran manage to fight both Jessie's Arbok and James' Victreebel using their powerful attacks such as Scratch, Tackle and Double Kick and finally defeat them with their Fury Swipes and Double Kick combination. After Team Rocket is blasted off by Misty's Staryu by destroying their Meowth Balloon, Misty still scolds them both becuase of their rivalry as well as the love between two Nidoran, Tony and Maria, Ash makes a truce to make their own home for the Nidoran since both Ralph and Emily are neighbors, they agree. Both Nidoran are became close and when they kiss they resulted in them evolving into Nidorino and Nidorina respectively much to both Emily and Ralph's surprise and knowing both Nidorino and Nidorina are together.
