Added by ShadowPokéFlameThe Time Capsule appears in Generation II in the Pokémon Center that allows you to trade Pokémon from Generation II to Generation I. It is on the 2nd floor of any Pokémon Center. It is only available in Johto. However at the beginning of the game it is under repairments. It will be available after meeting Bill in Ecruteak City.
