Thunderbolt is an Electric-type special move introduced in Generation I. It is TM24 in all generations but Generation II.

Thunderbolt can target any Pokémon adjacent to the user. Thunderbolt does damage and has a 10% chance to paralyze the target. In Generations I and VI, Thunderbolt can't paralyze electric-type Pokémon.
