Thomas is a student appearing in Pokémon: DP Sinnoh League Victors.
Biography
Season 13: DP Sinnoh League Victors
He is a student of the coordinator class. His behavior with Ash, Dawn and Brock and friends was very rude and stubborn at the beginning. But at last, after seeing Dawn creating a new combo move with the help of her Pokémon, he finally appreciated her by cheering for their struggle.
Though he wanted to be Piplup's friend he teased him then finally at the end, they became friends.
