Methinks this template should link to the contributions of the user. I mean, most users don't even have an actual (non-default) userpage, and if they don't know how to add a header, chances are they don't have the hottest userpage on the block. : P Anyhow, users using this template would get more helpful information on the random user who edited the talk page from Special:Contributions rather than the user's userpage.
