Description: This template is used to make the reporting of users that need to be blocked on Forum:Requests more organised and easier for administrators and users to check.
Syntax: Type {{Blockuser|user=Vandal IP or username|reason=Reason you are requesting block|reporter=Your signature here|reply=Admin's reply to this request}} under the section "Blocking Requests" on Forum:Requests.
Sample output: {{Blockuser|user=Example|reason=User was vandalising [[Legendary Pokémon]]|reply=User was blocked}}
