History
Using money from the Twinleaf Festival, Team Rocket bought a rocket and made it their second base in the Sinnoh region. They trapped Ash Ketchum, Dawn and Brock inside, but their plan backfired when a mischivous Togepi hypnotized Ash's Pikachu, Dawn's Piplup, Brock's Croagunk and Team Rocket's Meowth, sending the rocket into outer space. It was then blasted to the ground by Rayquaza, by Togepi saved them. However, she blew it up.
