This Magnemite is an electric/steel-type Pokémon owned by Team Rocket Grunts.

Biography

Magnemite, along with Raticate, Houndoom, Grimer, and Golbat, was used to stop Lance and Dragonite. It used Thunderbolt against Dragonite, but the Dragon Pokémon was too powerful and defeated Magnemite.
