Hero and Partner Evolution
I have found thatit realy is possible to get you and youre partner to evolve, but it requires something very specific. In order to evolve, you need to get Palkia to join youre team. after palkia joins your team,immediently go to luminous spring to see the result.
It is true, that you need to clear the game two times. Dialga in Part 1, and Darkrai, Palkia twice to do that. Your starters go up to Levels 40~50.

I don't mean to sound rude, but whoever wrote this sounds like they didn't get halfway through the game...
