Mega pokemon seem more like form changing dont you think?

because like form changing its temperately.

doses anyone else think that mega evolutone is kie form changeing? Firebreather628 (talk) 03:13, October 5, 2013 (UTC)

Ha! I've been saying that very same thing! 403ƒelinoel048 16:05, November 17, 2013 (UTC)

Mega Evolution Explaination

When Professor Sycamore saying yes, Pokemons can still "temporarily" evolve into Mega Pokemons within the Mega Stones. Samueljoo (talk) 13:50, November 17, 2013 (UTC)

Shiny

Someone has all the Pokémon that can Mega evolve shiny here. Sam (BAZINGA) 16:29, December 16, 2013 (UTC)

Marrowak needs a mega evolution.

Mega Evolution Explaination 2

Mega Evolution was not transformation method because it has additional stage to evolve into final form for one-evolution families and second and true final form for two-evolution families, so it was evolution method and sometimes devolve back into previous form. Samueljoo (talk) 02:21, January 2, 2014 (UTC)

Looks more like just a regular Form change to me. 403ƒelinoel048 16:33, January 3, 2014 (UTC)

Pokemon X and Y Mega Stone and Mega Evolution Guide Updated

http://global.christianpost.com/news/pokemon-x-and-y-mega-stone-and-mega-evolution-guide-updated-113074/ Samueljoo (talk) 08:07, January 23, 2014 (UTC)

If you see something wrong, please fix it. 403ƒelinoel048 18:52, January 23, 2014 (UTC)

Not Transformation Method

This is not transformation method, it still evolution method. Kingrade (talk) 02:43, March 16, 2014 (UTC)

No this is not an evolution method, evolutions are permanent, these are not just like transformations. 403ƒelinoel048 07:41, March 17, 2014 (UTC)

Nonsense, Mega Evolution keep the evolution method. --Pokemasterss (talk) 07:39, March 28, 2014 (UTC)

Nonsense, evolutions are permanent and so this does not keep the evolution method whatever that is. 403ƒelinoel048 18:53, April 14, 2014 (UTC)

No, that Mega Evolution is evolution method despite is transformation. Pokemasterss (talk) 13:49, May 13, 2014 (UTC)

You are allowed to have whatever opinion you want but because it is not permanent it does not follow the standards of evolution. 403ƒelinoel048 18:52, May 16, 2014 (UTC)
But Mega Evolution is the new evolution that can evolve and devolve. Pokemasterss (talk) 07:23, May 25, 2014 (UTC)
The same exact thing happens with forms, just look at Giratina, it can "evolve" and "devolve" too. 403ƒelinoel048 20:47, May 27, 2014 (UTC)
Yeah, so this Mega Evolution was second evolution method as Professor Sycamore said. The Pokemon can evolve and devolve whenever they want, but Bulbapedia admins refuse to Mega Evolution is evolution and Primal Reversion is devolution because it just transformation. Those guys were biggest dumby idiots ever. Pokemasterss (talk) 06:15, June 2, 2014 (UTC)
If you say so. 403ƒelinoel048 09:56, July 31, 2014 (UTC)
I'm weighting simply because I got an email and saw this. Does the Wiki not go by what is Cannon? In the Anime, Manga and Game Cannon, Mega Evolution IS a form of Evolution. It's been speculated in the Anime (and Pokemon Adventures as well I think) that undergoing Mega Evolution puts great strain on the Pokemon, so they only Mega Evolve during battle. But regardless it is still a form of Evolution according to all the forms of Cannon I know of so I reason no logical reason to label it as a transformation. wendy_marvell___fairy_tail_by_meiji405-d41d659_zpsee1ce5ed.pngTristan 7Jmk4xl_zpsed238cad.pngTsunami 1420108K7I3IZP4_zpsdb84ba04.gif 18:49, July 31, 2014 (UTC)
First of all the anime is based off of the game, secondly the anime calls it a "new type of evolution" and doesn't specifically state that it is exactly an evolution, and thirdly the anime in the original series called Dragonite a Legendary Pokémon but that does not mean that we consider it legendary just because it used that word (it was in the Safari Zone episode). 403ƒelinoel048 16:17, September 30, 2014 (UTC)
I'm just confirmed that I'm calling it ultimate forms for two-evolution families. So Mega Evolution is second evolution method. --Pokemasterss (talk) 01:34, October 15, 2014 (UTC)
I don't know what you mean... can you rephrase that? 403ƒelinoel048 13:33, October 15, 2014 (UTC)

Title Change

It needs changing to Mega Evolution. Ellis99 I'm feeling the flow! 15:29, July 31, 2014 (UTC)

The renaming had no meaning, it should be changed back. --OmegaRasengan (talk) 07:11, August 8, 2014 (UTC)
I find this name "Megaevolution" awful since they are two words. Ellis99 CODE XANA 07:59, August 8, 2014 (UTC)
I agree with the OP, Mega Evolution is two words and the current page is techniquely incorrect. wendy_marvell___fairy_tail_by_meiji405-d41d659_zpsee1ce5ed.pngTristan 7Jmk4xl_zpsed238cad.pngTsunami 1420108K7I3IZP4_zpsdb84ba04.gif 17:25, August 8, 2014 (UTC)
