Getting Deoxys

Ive heard that there is only one way to get Deoxys, but that was only for the pokemon Colloseum Pre-Sale disk for the Gamecube, but im begining the think that there is more than one way to get it. anny ideas annyone?

Colosseum pre-order disks only give you Jirachi. Deoxys was given out at GameStop as an event, and there was the event in which you receive the ticket (I don't remember the name) which allows you to go to Island 9/Birth Island and catch it at lv. 30, among others.
