In battle: Status conditions inflicted on the Pokémon with synchronize also affect the opponent. This ability only works with the Posioned, Paralyzed, and Burned conditions.
Out of battle: Increases the chance that a Wild Pokémon will have the personality of the Pokémon with the Syncronize ability.
