Sylvester's Joltik is a bug/electric-type Pokémon owned by Sylvester.

Biography

Joltik was sent to battle Georgia's Beartic. Due to its small size, Joltik managed to dodge Beartic's attacks and come to it, electrocuting Beartic with Thunderbolt. However, Beartic fell down, defeating Joltik in an instant.
