DPPtHGSS The user attacks the foe with great power. However, it lowers the user's Attack and Defense.
BWB2W2 The user attacks the target with great power. However, it lowers the user's Attack and Defense.
XYORAS The user attacks the target with great power. However, this also lowers the user's Attack and Defense stats.

Superpower does damage to the target, then lowers the user's Attack and Defense by 1 stage each. In a Double Battle, Superpower can target any Pokémon around the user. In a Triple Battle, Superpower can only target a Pokémon that's adjacent to the user.
