The Sunyshore Gym (Japanese: ナギサジム Nagisa Gym) is the gym of Sunyshore City. The Gym Leader is Volkner, who specializes in Electric-type Pokémon. The challenger who beats him will win the Beacon Badge and can go on to the Pokémon League.

The Sunyshore Gym is a three room Gym where the main floor is made up of gears and suspending platforms are operated by switches. To get through, trainers need to turn the platforms in a correct order to create a path.Flint will block the entrance when you just came to Sunyshore City saying Volkner isn't in the gym
