The Stopwatch app is a Pokétch app acquired by a girl inside the Pal Park building after showing her a Voltorb. The app shows a Voltorb and a timer. This timer can be adjusted by minutes and seconds by tapping the arrows on the touch Screen. When the timer is activated, the Voltorb opens it's mouth to suck in bolts of lightning.
