Stockpile (たくわえる Stockpile) is a Normal-type move introduced in Generation III. When this move is used, the Defense and Special Defense of the user increases by one level and the stockpile increases by one. The max Stockpile is three. After the stockpile reaches three, this move will always fail unless the user uses Swallow or Spit Up. The stockpile amount affects the power of Swallow and Spit Up. Once Swallow or Spit Up is used, the user's Defense and Special Defense go back down.
