Status Conditions are various effects caused by abilities or moves of Pokémon.

Floor Status Conditions

Gravity

The floor is under the influence of heavy gravity, which makes Flying-type Pokémon weak to Ground-type moves. It makes those with the Levitate ability lose immunity to Ground-type moves, may suppress moves that use flying or jumping, and negates the Magnet Rise status.

Mud Sport

The floor is covered in mud, which halves the power of Electric-type moves.

Water Sport

The floor is covered in water, which halves the power of Fire-type moves.

Pokémon Status Conditions

Aqua Ring

The Pokémon regenerates HP every few turns. This status lasts a certain number of turns.

Badly Poisoned

The Pokémon takes damage every few turns. It also can't recover HP naturally. The status won't fade after a certain number of turns, but it can be healed by using certain moves, using certain items, or by going to the next floor.

Bide

The Pokémon stops moving for several turns, exposing itself to potential damage from enemies. After it is done biding, it will unleash double any damage that it took over that time.

Bouncing

The Pokémon bounces high to ready its attack. On the next turn, it will strike down to inflict damage.

Burn

The Pokémon takes damage every few turns from its burn. It can be healed by using certain moves, using certain items, going into water, or by going to the next floor.

Charging

The Pokémon charges up, so that an Electric-type move used on the next turn will have boosted power.

Confused

The Pokémon's sense of direction is completely scrambled, so its movements and attacks will go astray, possibly hitting team members. This status lasts a certain number of turns.

Constriction

The Pokémon becomes immobilized and sustains damage over several turns. This status lasts a certain number of turns.

Conversion 2

When a Pokémon is hit by a move, its type will change to one that is resistant to that move. The type change only lasts while Conversion 2 is in effect, which is a certain number of turns.

Counter

The Pokémon counters Physical Attacks, inflicting the same damage back on its attackers. If the Pokémon faints from the damage, it can't retaliate. The status lasts a certain number of turns.

Cringe

The Pokémon's attacks and moves will all fail. This status lasts a certain number of turns.

Cursed

The Pokémon suffers heavy damage every few turns. This status lasts a certain number of turns.

Decoy

The Pokémon's status is changed to decoy, and it is viewed as a foe by team members, drawing their attention. Only one Decoy can be on a floor at a time; this status lasts a certain number of turns.

Destiny Bond

The Pokémon affected by this status takes the same damage as the Pokémon who caused it. This status lasts a set number of turns.

Digging

The Pokémon is underground, readying its attack. It will strike on the next turn to inflict damage. The Pokémon is more vulnerable to Earthquake while it has this status.

Diving

The Pokémon is underwater, readying its attack. It will strike on the next turn to inflict damage. The Pokémon is more vulnerable to Whirlpool while it has this status.

Embargo

The Pokémon can't use items, eat seeds and apples, or use throwing items. This status lasts a certain number of turns.

Encore

The Pokémon can only use the last move it used. Its Wonder Orbs will not activate. This status lasts a certain number of turns.

Enduring

The Pokémon will survive an attack that would normally make it faint and will hang on with 1 HP. This status lasts a certain number of turns.

Enraged

The Pokémon is so furious that its attack is boosted 1 level each time it takes damage. This status lasts a certain number of turns.

Exposed

The presence of Ghost-type Pokémon is revealed, so it is weak against Normal and Fighting-type moves.

Flying

The Pokémon is in the sky, readying its attack. It will strike on the next turn to deal damage. The Pokémon is more vulnerable to Gust and Twister while this status is active. Sky Uppercut, Thunder, and Whirlwind will deal normal damage.

Focus Energy

The critical-hit rate of the Pokémon's moves is boosted to the highest level. This status lasts a certain number of turns.

Frozen

The Pokémon is frozen solid. It won't take damage from a regular attack and almost all moves. Fire-type moves may do damage, however, and can thaw out the Pokémon. This status lasts a certain number of turns.

Gastro Acid

The Pokémon's special ability is disabled. This status lasts a certain number of turns.

Grudge

If the Pokémon is knocked out, its Grudge makes the attacking enemy lose all PP of the move it used.

Heal Block

The Pokémon can't restore HP through natural regeneration, items, or moves. This status lasts a certain number of turns.

Infatuated

The Pokémon is infatuated with the attacker, so it is incapable of action. This status lasts a certain number of turns.

Ingrain

The Pokémon sinks roots into the ground, which restores its HP every few turns. It is immobilized while the status is active.

Leech Seed

A Leech Seed has been planted on the Pokémon. The seed drains the Pokémon's HP every few turns. This status lasts a certain number of turns.

Light Screen

The Pokémon takes on half damage from Special Attack moves. This status lasts a certain number of turns.

Lucky Chant

The Pokémon avoids taking critical hits from moves and attacks. This status lasts a certain number of turns.

Magic Coat

The Pokémon bounces back any move that causes a status problem. This status lasts a certain number of turns.

Magnet Rise

The Pokémon levitates out of reach of Ground-type moves. This status lasts a certain number of turns.

Metal Burst

The Pokémon counters damage from moves and regular attacks, then inflicts half the damage it took to all enemies that made direct contact. But if the Pokémon faints from the damage, it cannot retaliate. This status lasts a certain number of turns.

Miracle Eye

This Dark-type Pokémon has been exposed, causing it to be weak to Psychic-type moves.

Mirror Coat

The Pokémon bounces back the damage caused by Special Attacks used by an enemy in direct contact, but if the Pokémon faints from the foe's move, it cannot retaliate. This status lasts a certain number of turns.

Mirror Move

The Pokémon bounces back any move before it can take effect. It can only bounce back moves if the enemy makes direct contact with the Pokémon. This status lasts a certain number of turns.

Mist

The Pokémon is protect from having its Attack, Defense, Special Attack, Special Defense, accuracy, and evasiveness reduced. This status lasts a certain number of turns.

Napping

The Pokémon falls asleep and is incapable of action. Upon waking up, it will fully regain HP and recover from all status problems.

Nightmare

The Pokémon falls asleep and is incapable of action. It takes damage upon awakening, and will not regain HP naturally while this status is in place.

Paralysis

The Pokémon is incapable of attacking or using moves, and its Movement Speed is reduced. It also can't use Wonder Orbs but can use other items. This status lasts a certain number of turns.

Paused

The Pokémon pauses and watches without doing anything else. This status lasts a certain number of turns.

Perish Song

The Pokémon will faint 3 turns after being affected by this status.

Poisoned

The Pokémon takes damage periodically. It also can't recover HP naturally. This status can be healed by using certain moves, using certain items, or moving to the next floor.

Protect

The Pokémon will take no damage from attacks and moves and will resist moves' additional effects. An explosion, thrown rocks, and some other damage sources will still have an impact, however. This status lasts a certain number of turns.

Reflect

The Pokémon takes only half the damage from Physical Attack moves and regular attacks. This status lasts a certain number of turns.

Safeguard

The Pokémon is protected against all status problems. This status lasts a certain number of turns.

Set Damage

The amount of damage inflicted by the Pokémon's moves and regular attack is fixed at a certain amount. This status lasts a certain number of turns.

Shadow Force

The Pokémon conceals itself within a shadow. On the next turn, the Pokémon will strike to inflict damage.

Shadow Hold

The Pokémon is stuck to the spot. This status lasts a certain number of turns.

Sleep

The Pokémon falls asleep is incapable of any action. This status lasts a certain number of turns.

Sleepless

The Pokémon becomes incapable of falling asleep. This status wears off when it moves to the next floor.

Snatch

The Pokémon steals the effects of moves used by other Pokémon on the floor. Only on Pokémon at a time can have this status on a floor. This status lasts a certain number of turns.

Sure Shot

The Pokémon's accuracy with moves and attacks is boosted to the highest level, so they always hit. This status lasts a certain number of turns.

Taunted

The Pokémon can only use moves or Wonder Orbs that inflict damage. This status lasts a certain number of turns.

Transformed

The Pokémon takes on the form of a different Pokémon. This status wears off when the transformed Pokémon moves to the next floor.

Whiffer

The Pokémon's accuracy with moves and attacks is reduced to the lowest level, so they rarely hit. Even moves that usually will always connect may miss their target. This status lasts a certain number of turns.

Yawning

The Pokémon becomes drowsy after hearing the attacker's yawn, then falls asleep later in the battle.

Weather Conditions

Fog

The weather grows foggy, which weakens the power of Electric-type moves. Weather Ball's power is doubled. All Pokémon have reduced accuracy. Moonlight, Morning Sun, and Synthesis are weaker.

Hail

The weather turns bitterly cold and it hails, which inflicts damage on all Pokémon except Ice-type Pokémon. Blizzard gets 100% accuracy while it is hailing. Solar Beam deals half damage. Moonlight, Morning Sun, and Synthesis become weaker. Weather Ball becomes an Ice-type move and doubles in power. Forecast is activated.

Rain

The weather turns rainy, which boosts the power of Water-type moves and weakens Fire-type moves. Thunder gets 100% accuracy. Solar Beam deals half damage. Moonlight, Morning Sun, and Synthesis become weaker. Weather Ball becomes a Water-type move and doubles in power. Dry Skin, Forecast, Hydration, Rain Dish, and Swift Swim are activated. Also prevents explosions from Pokémon.

Sandstorm

A sandstorm rages, which inflicts damage on all Pokémon except for Ground-type, Rock-type, and Steel-type Pokémon, or Pokémon with the Sand Veil ability. It also boosts the Special Defense of Rock-type Pokémon. Pokémon with the Sand Veil ability gain an increase in evasiveness while a sandstorm is in place. Solar Beam deals half damage. Moonlight, Morning Sun, and Synthesis become weaker. Weather Ball becomes a Rock-type move and doubles in power.

Sunny

The sun blazes, which boosts the power of Fire-type moves and weakens Water-type moves. Solar Beam becomes a 1-turn move while it is sunny. Moonlight, Morning Sun, and Synthesis become stronger. Thunder's accuracy is lowered. Weather Ball becomes a Fire-type move and doubles in power. Chlorophyll, Dry Skin, Flower Gift, Forecast, Leaf Guard, and Solar Power are activated while the sun is out.
