Sparky is a Pikachu owned by Ritchie.
Biography
Sparky is distinguishable from other Pikachu by its messy scruff of fur atop its head. Much like Ash, Ritchie uses this Pikachu as his key Pokémon along with his Zippo and Happy, though he sometimes keeps Sparky inside of a Poké Ball, unlike Ash's Pikachu.
It makes a small cameo appearance on The Fires of a Red-Hot Reunion! in one of Ash's flashbacks explaining to Cilan, Iris, and N about Ash's Charizard.
