Sparky (レオン Leon) is the name of a Pikachu owned by Ritchie. Sparky is distinguishable from other Pikachu by its messy scruff of fur on the top of its head. Much like Ash, Ritchie uses this Pikachu as his key Pokémon, though he sometimes keeps Sparky inside of a Poké Ball, unlike Ash's Pikachu.
