SonicBoom is a Normal type attack introduced in Generation 1. The user releases a super-sonic blast of energy. It always does 20 HP damage regardless of target type or critical hits, and this move cannot be affected by STAB.

Critical hits,types,STAB.   All these things don't effect SonicBoom.
