Soda Pop is a fizzy drink was introduced in Generation I. It heals 60 HP. In Generation I, it could be given to the Guard blocking Saffron City to satisfy his thirst, along with Lemonade and Fresh Water. This was replaced with Tea in the remakes.

Green, Red, Blue, and Yellow: Celadon Department Store, roof.
Gold, Silver, and Crystal: Goldenrod Department Store, roof, and Mt. Moon Square Shop.
Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald: Lilycove Department Store and Route 109.
FireRed and LeafGreen: Celadon Department Store, roof, and Two Island Market.
Diamond, Pearl and Platinum: Veilstone Department Store.
HeartGold and SoulSilver: Goldenrod Department Store, Pokéathelon Dome, Mt. Moon Square Shop, and Beautiful Beach.
Black and White: Various Vending Machines across Unova.
