Snarl is a Dark-type move introduced in Generation V that will lower the target's Special Attack stat by one level.

EffectEdit

Snarl deals damage and lowers the target's Special Attack by one stage. Snarl hits all opponents in double battles and all adjacent opponents triple battles.

DescriptionEdit

The user yells as if it is ranting about something, making the target's Sp. Atk stat decrease.

TriviaEdit

• Cacturne is the only Dark-type Pokémon unable to learn Snarl.
• Until the release of Pokemon Black 2 and White 2, the TM containing Snarl was only obtainable through the use of hacking tools.
