The Snag Machine from Collesium

In Pokémon Colliseum and Pokémon XD Gale of Darkness, a snag machine enables a regular PokeBall to capture a Shadow Pokémon in the game (they can technically "steal" any Pokémon, but in Colliseum, your partner stops you. In XD Gale of Darkness, the Snag Machine only works on Shadow Pokémon). In the beginning of Colliseum, your character blows Team Snagems' Base apart and steals one. Team Snagem, however, were the only known one to have such a device. In XD Gale of Darkness, your Snag Machine is built by Professor Krane, who is in turn captured by Cipher, and questioned by Lovrina.
