Smokescreen is a skill that the user emits black smoke, one that another cannot easily penetrate(as it takes a Pidgetto's Whirlwind skill to prevent being blinded). It is frequently used by James's(Roy in the original) Koffing-Weezing as a part of their plan to steal something(somehow Team Rocket is able to penetrate this smoke). In the game, it lowers the opponent's accuracy.
